Close you eyes and picture the worst offseason you can imagine. Now open them. Maybe you thought of the 1998 Florida Marlins fire sale. The blown up 1998 Bulls. The cap-strapped 1999 49ers. How many of those teams had two players die? Darrent Williams of the Denver Broncos was shot numerous times New Years eve in a limo full of his teammates reportedly dying in the arms of Javon Walker, and reserve running back Damien Nash collapsed and died in February. Just another reason I find it odd that they'd be tabbed for Monday Night Football three times this year.
